Luis De Javier Tapped As Exclusive Awards Show Designer; The Ion Pack to DJ; ‘Sex Workers Outreach Project Behind Bars’ To Be Honored With Charitable Contribution From Pornhub

NEW YORK (March 23, 2023) – Pornhub, the world’s premier adult entertainment community, announced today the fifth annual Pornhub Awards to celebrate the biggest and best in each of Pornhub’s unconventional categories, as well as the top channels and most popular networks. Recognizing the efforts of adult industry performers, Pornhub will be rewarding all winners with cash prizes as well as supporting grassroots social justice organization Sex Workers Outreach Project (SWOP) Behind Bars with a donation marking the partnership's renewal. This year’s nominees for data and fan-voting awards have been announced on the official awards website pornhub.com/awards.

Fans are encouraged to cast their votes in the fan-voting categories on the official awards website, which is now open until April 10, 2023. The winners will be announced at pornhub.com/awards on April 20, 2023 at 11 AM EST/ 8 AM PST, followed by an exclusive, in-person celebration held for all models nominated in Los Angeles that evening. Creative duo The Ion Pack will DJ the star-studded event and compose the musical score for the winners’ videos. The evening is being produced by Barlow & Sons. An exciting announcement will be issued in the coming weeks confirming this year’s headliner, one of the world’s biggest pop acts.

Celebrated fashion designer Luis De Javier (Beyoncé, Kim Kardashian, Julia Fox, Cardi B, Rihanna) is the exclusive designer of this year’s Pornhub Awards. Known for his futuristic, bold, and sexually-charged designs, De Javier will be dressing Pornhub ambassadors Asa Akira, Kira Noir, Natassia Dreams, and Pornhub Aria in custom pieces inspired by the Pornhub brand. De Javier will also be opening his archive to dress five selected nominee muses including Cherie Deville, Kayley Gunner, Kazumi, Luna Star and Scarlit Scandal.

"I’m thrilled to take part in this ritual of sexual liberation and glamour, dressing beautiful creatures from an industry which I am proudly part of and take inspiration from” said Luis De Javier. “Continuing to draw upon the queer movement disregarding general gender conformities more than having made a line for women as a gender, per se, the pieces for the awards reference female empowerment as a concept, offering strength through style to a community who has been long under-supported.”

SWOP Behind Bars is a national social justice network dedicated to the fundamental human rights of sex workers, victims of trafficking, and their communities with a focus on those currently incarcerated or seeking re-entry. The organization was selected by Pornhub based on the strength of their mission and to help support and build their Community Support Line & Resource Database initiative.

Not your usual awards ceremony, the Pornhub Awards is the only awards that is entirely data driven, as winners are determined using algorithms based on video views, porn star searches and more. This year’s awards boast fifty categories- the most ever in the awards’ five-year history- and include a number of new categories that celebrate diversity and inclusivity.
